This is a new txd texture editor for GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas.
It works for all gta3, vc and SA, supports all txd formats including the latest and compressed version, and supports working on img files.
Updated in 2010 with a new DXT compressor/decompressor using libsquish to improve reliability and image quality.
Updated in 2012 to restore multiple file export options
